PRESENT ALL OFFERS AND NEGOTIATE FOR YOU: I will present all offers received, provide professional assistance on your options, and negotiate on your behalf to ensure you get the best deal.
PREPARE YOUR HOME VALUATION AND CMA: I will consider home updates and improvements and analyze competing properties in your neighborhood.
REVIEW CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND TIMELINE: I will explain the contract and all addenda and outline a contract-to-closing timeline making every aspect of the transaction straightforward.
PROVIDE STAGING TIPS: I will provide staging tips to highlight
your home's best-selling features and prepare for listing photos and showings.
HELP YOU NAVIGATE THE ESCROW AND CLOSING PROCESS: A lot happens during escrow and before closing. I will help you through in a streamlined manner and regularly communicate with all parties involved.
RECOMMEND HOME UPDATES: I will recommend home updates to
minimize inspection issues and buyer repair requests. I also provide a list of professional contractors/handyman services.
ASSIST WITH THE PURCHASE OF ANOTHER HOME:
If needed, I can assist you with the purchase of your next home. If you are moving to another city, state, or across the globe, I can help with that, too.
PRESENT STRATEGIC PRICING AND MARKETING PLANS: I will present the results of your CMA, recommending a list price and marketing plan to generate interest and maximize your profits.
ESTIMATE CLOSING COSTS AND NET PROFIT: Before closing day, I will provide you with a reasonable estimate of likely closing costs and net proceeds for the sale of your home.
