Signs you Should Break up With Your Agent

Just piggybacking a bit on my post yesterday: Just because you started working with an agent doesn't mean you have to keep on with said agent, especially if you're picking up:
- Bad communication. Your agent is hard to track down or slow returning your calls or texts.
- Lack of experience: They seem unfamiliar with your neighborhood and appear less than confident when answering your questions.
- High pressure; this one especially drives me crazy. You feel pressure to make decisions before you feel ready.
- Too many plates spinning: Your agent seems scatter-brained or worse, annoyed and bored by you and your needs.

Here's the thing: There are so many competent, super professional, five-star agents out there. So don't settle! Be free to break it off with your current agent, ask around, and find the one that makes you feel 100% confident.
