Just Sold: 1611 Windchime

There's something special about owning your FIRST home. There's a spark of joy and, of course, a huge sigh of relief! Roxie and Dan are experiencing this right now on their CLOSING DAY. We had some bumps along the road, up until the last minute, and a few closing delays, but PHEW, we are here, and this home is incredible. I'll never forget getting there before them, handling a few phone calls, and then finally looking up and around, thinking, "wait, whoa. This home is great, and people have been sleeping on it."
