North Texas Wineries

DID YOU KNOW?
Texas is the fifth largest wine producer in the United States, with over 400 licensed wineries, and is embedded in the oldest French wineries. In the mid-1800s, France lost almost 80 percent of its vines to an oidium fungus. In Texas, Thomas Volney Munson was developing a
phylloxera-resistant rootstock in a vineyard in Denison. Munson sent them some of the rootstocks, and the resulting grafted vines saved the European wine industry.

I'm sharing a few of my favorite wineries that I have been to around here. What are your favorites? Anything especially yummy that I have missed?
