We were fortunate to meet Emily Ruth Cannon at an open house for a home she was selling. We were very impressed by her knowledge of local homes in Dallas, specifically in Oak Cliff, where we knew we wanted to buy. Emily Ruth really understood the different neighborhoods and the dynamics of buying a home in a Historic or Conservation neighborhood and was able to convey these regulations and rules to us. When we found the home we wanted to purchase, we reached out to Emily Ruth and asked her to represent us, she was able to navigate all the legalise and processes for us to make things run smoothly with the title company. This was the third home we have purchased and, with Emily Ruth's help, this was the most easeful process by far.
