Celina, Tx

I'm late to the party, but I'm here now. Celina, Texas is adorable y’all. The city square feels like a small town straight out of a Hallmark movie, but the food and store options are fantastic. High-end chef-to-table food, multiple dessert shops, and some crazy unique stores.

As I said, I'm late to the town. Families have been moving further north for a while, and prices in Celina specifically are up 33.4% from last year, with a median price of $620K for a 3/2 on about .25 acres.

I could see myself living there. If you're thinking about it, I'd love to show you around as well. There are so many places I want to go back and revisit.
